Boundary Watch is a service designed to prevent future disputes.

One of our boundary experts will visit your property for a
small fee (inclusive of all travel, photographic and preparation costs)
and prepare a detailed risk assessment of each of your boundaries.
You will then receive a Boundary Watch package containing the following:-
  • Your LR (Land Registry) Register and Filed Plan
  • An extract from the OS (Ordnance Survey) National Map showing your property
  • A risk assessment for each of your boundary features, with preventative advice
  • A colour photograph of your property taken from the front
  • A colour photograph of each boundary

You may wish to store your Boundary Watch package for future reference or pass it to your solicitor for safe keeping.

All Boundary Watch data is retained in our files for 13 years.

If features change in the future, or adjacent land is bought, or part of your land is sold, we can, of course, update your details in our files.
